You earn Library Bucks when your members bring their original Cedar Springs Christian Store receipts to your librarian or church representative. Your church can redeem the receipts for Library Bucks each quarter. Library Bucks are awarded based on 10% of the total sales receipts before sales tax is added.
For example, if your librarian turns in $2,000 worth of receipts, we will award you $200 in Library Bucks. Library Bucks can then be used to purchase items for your library such as:
- Books
- Study Guides
- Devotionals
- Cassettes
- CDs
- Videos
- Reference Tools
- Bible Software
- Other ministry tools
Contact your local store for more information about this program. Ask about Library Fairs as a means of adding new titles to your library.
Enclosed: A "Help Wanted" poster and "Bulletin Bullet" are provided in this packet for your use.
You may copy the poster to card stock and post the copies on bulletin boards located in your church. Also, use the "Bulletin Bullets" in your bulletins or newsletters to inform your members of the Library Booster Program. These small ads will help you encourage your members to take advantage of this special program and help jump-start your Library!
Tip: We suggest that you post and remove the posters from time to time to help draw your members' attention to the new displays on your bulletin boards.
